MOmmy was in her 38 week tOday. She had acrOss Over 70kg mark. She's 70.8kg nOw. She'd gained 16kg in tOtal. Dr E was surprised that mOmmy had gained 2kg within a week. She asked mOmmy whether she had swOllen feets & mentiOned that water retentiOn will gO away after I've pOpped!!!
(mOmmy blamed daddy fOr the steambOat meal yesterday)

Based on scan and Dr E feeling around mOmmy's tummy, my head is very low & I was about 60% engaged. Water level in mOmmy's water bag is still high, which she says is good.

She tOld mOmmy that:

• If mOmmy's nOt dilated On the next checkup, she will have tO admit On 2nd Jun evening fOr induced. As the inductiOn may need at least 12 hOurs tO take effect sO that I'll be delivered On the 3rd June.

• If mOmmy's dilated On the next checkup, she can admit tO the hOspital On the 3rd June itself fOr inductiOn.

mOmmy went fOr checkup tOday. When she arrived @ TMC, she gOt tO queue up tO have her temperature taken due tO swine flu Orange alert. As usual she tOOk her weight & blOOd pressure. She gained 2kg, Dr Eunice suspected that her weight gained might due tO water retentiOn and suggested that she sleep with her legs lifted up at night. MOmmy asked her whether can she delivered On the 3rd June. She said she'll make arrangement fOr mOmmy tO induce On the 3rd itself if I refused tO cOme Out On that day. MOmmy did her HVS culture test as well. She will see me in a week time as the EDD is getting clOser.

mOmmy went fOr checkup tOday. Within 6 weeks, her weight shOt up frOm previOus 61kg tO 65.1kg, a tOtal increase Of 4kg. Dr Eunice advised her tO cut dOwn On starch & sugar. She's alsO required tO test her sugar & blOOd level. After the test, her sugar level was nOrmal & her blOOd level remained the same as previOus Hb11.9 which means that she still need tO take her irOn pill.

She will see me again in 3 weeks time...

Due tO the fall yesterday, mOmmy called TLC tO bOOk fOr an appOintment with Dr Eunice fOr a checkup befOre leaving fOr HOng KOng tOmOrrOw with gOr gOr.

As Dr Eunice was On hOliday trip sO mOmmy gOt tO see Dr Paul. He gave mOmmy a full checkup & assured her that I'm alright. upOn hearing that mOmmy felt relieved...

1st checkup...

mOmmy was having a mix feeling after seeing Dr Eunice. FrOm the ultra scan, she was carrying 2 eggs which she had been always dream of having a twin. After Dr Eunice examined, she tOld mOmmy that the Other eggs was nOt fertiled. She was feeling sad at that pOint Of time & blaming herself fOr nOt taking extra care... she was glad that she still had a fertile egg which was me...nOw 8 weeks Old. AnOther cOmplicatiOn was that she had a blOOdcOt which may lead tO miscarriage. Dr advised her nOt tO bring heavy stuffs & Kieren gOr gOr at the mOment & gave her sOme medicated tO help tO get rid Of the blOOdcOt.

"NOt able tO carry gOr gOr....." she felt sO sad which mean she can't be able tO carry him Out fOr playgrOup Or activities...she felt sO guilty nOt having him tO enjOy what Other tOts enjOying..
