2015 Lights Of Life Carnival...
19 July 2015 was a special day for every resident of Braddell Heights.
Together with Braddell Heights Community Art and Cultural Club, Braddell Heights Zone E RC orgaized a carnvial filled with many hands-on activities for the residents. They had the the opportunities to do many crafts like painting of tiles, painting with sand, learning more about the Chinese knots, creating beautiful candles etc.
PAssionArts Singing Festival brings together young and old to sing their favourite songs together. Our residents lined themselves along the corridors of Blk 323 and sang many songs together.
One of the highlights of the event was the large lighting display at Blk 246 (SG50), 323 (Singapore Flag) and 332 (Singapore Lion Logo) by our Guest of Honor, Mr Seah Kian Peng, Deputy Speaker and Deputy Advisor of Marine Parade GRC GROs.
The finale of the event was the setting of a new record in the Singapore Book of Records (#Singaporebookofrecords) with the Largest Display of Handpainted Ping Pong Balls! A total of 1628 balls were painted with well-wishes for #Singapore by each and everyone of us at the carnival to celebrate our Nation's 50th birthday.
